A separate Universal One-branded experience proposed for families considering a stay in Conkal. It is not a booking or a confirmation of availability.
The Academy’s school admissions and tuition are separate from the Hub’s proposed family stays. The Hub is in development; an inquiry is not a booking.
Practice Spanish at a market. Grow something with your own hands. Build a robot. Find a new friend. This is the kind of day we’re creating.
UOIA’s website identifies its LIOTA language partnership. Maya instruction will be led by paid local educators once staffing and the timetable are confirmed. No guaranteed fluency claims.

Language grows when we have something meaningful to share. Ask a question, describe a discovery, or help a new friend—one conversation at a time.
Academy images shared by the Universal One team. They celebrate a learning approach, rather than confirm the new hub’s final timetable.
Explore your family’s language pathFriendly, practical language time that connects Maya, Spanish, and English through conversation, stories, and play.
Hands-on challenges invite young makers to prototype, test ideas, and explore how technology can serve a community.
Creative, sensory learning rooted in plants, food, and making things together.
Place-based exploration around Conkal, near Mérida, with Spanish practiced in real cultural contexts.
Active options are designed around enjoyment, teamwork, and heat-adapted pacing.
Shared interests, creative downtime, and community-minded projects offer room to connect.
Our planned 20-PC, Starlink-connected lab brings together design, code, Minecraft builds, and limited supervised recreation. Roblox experiences and eligible older learners’ Fortnite access require guardian approval, age-appropriate settings, restricted chat, and no in-game purchases.
The best questions rarely stay in a textbook. Our hands-on vision connects science, plants, making, and shared discovery.
Observation, experiments, and space to test an idea.
Planting, botany, and patience—one seedling at a time.

Technology supports the learning. It doesn’t take over the day. After a two-hour guided core, curiosity moves into the garden, the kitchen, the studio, and the world.

Assessed nature outings, gardens,
and a deeper connection to place.
Four scheduled outings per full-time four-week cohort are proposed. Cenote swimming requires a venue assessment, consent, rescue arrangements, and dedicated supervision; a non-swimming option will be available. No specific venue or admission is currently booked.

Finding a rhythm in a new place is easier with practical support. Our hosted-stay proposal connects your children’s learning with the essentials of family life in Yucatán.
An approved two-bedroom home and arrival setup.
Airport arrival/departure transfers and an agreed weekday hub route.
Breakfast provisions, lunch, and dinner for all four family members on 20 program weekdays.
Four home cleanings, stated utility allowances, and local concierge support.
Maya heritage, city culture, local markets, and space for community. Here’s a starting point for families arranging their own stay.
For one adult + one child · Independent living, not an all-inclusive hub package
Furnished rentals vary by neighborhood, season, and amenities. Your guide places historic-center homes around $800–$1,300 and North Mérida/Conkal options around $700–$1,400.
A mix of market shopping, groceries, and local dining. Cooking at home and eating seasonal produce can change the budget considerably.
Air conditioning is a major variable. Ask about meter readings, utility allowances, and reliable internet at the actual rental.
Your supplied range assumes modest local transport. Airport transfers, regular Conkal–Mérida trips, and private car hire may add substantially.
A general independent learning/activity allowance from your guide—not the tuition for our premium full-day Worldschool Pathway.
These are user-supplied estimates, not independently verified current quotes. The individual ranges above add to $1,540–$3,130—not exactly the supplied headline. They are indicative categories, not a guaranteed total. Currency, season, rental location, air conditioning, family needs, and transport change the result. Do not add this guide to the hosted package: its housing and weekday food components overlap. Our hub tuition is priced separately in MXN.
Explore Maya history, museum collections, regional arts, Spanish immersion, and community-led learning. Exact venues and schedules will be confirmed with each cohort.
Talk through your real family budgetChoose the rhythm that works for you. Our proposed pricing is in Mexican pesos, with clear inclusions and no claim of confirmed availability.
A little time. A whole new perspective.
Time to make friends, build skills, and belong.
Settle in and follow your curiosity further.
Initial enrollment: MXN 2,500 per family for four-week or longer programs. Additional siblings receive 10% off tuition plans; discounts are not automatically combined with scholarships. Discovery-day sibling discounts are not included. Tuition alone excludes housing, airport/home transport, family meals, home cleaning, outside curriculum fees, and premium optional trips. Final taxes and terms require operator confirmation.
A simple estimate—not a quote or reservation.
Limited need-based tuition scholarships are planned, with attention to local Conkal and Yucatán families. We want meaningful participation in the same learning community.
Initial goal: two half-tuition awards per full cohort, subject to approved funding and eligibility. Tuition scholarships do not automatically cover housing or travel. Applications will be confidential; no award is guaranteed.
Ask about scholarship informationThis hub is in development. We believe families deserve to know what’s planned, what’s included, and what needs confirmation.
This is Universal One’s dedicated Worldschool Hub planning site. The main Academy website covers its existing school programs and school admissions. This site focuses on proposed family learning stays in Conkal; Hub dates, services, tuition, housing, and terms require separate written confirmation. An Academy application does not reserve a Hub place.
Not currently. Start with the family inquiry, which prepares an email draft for the Academy admissions team. The inquiry reaches admissions only after you send the email. It does not reserve a place or collect a payment. Confirm the offering, dates, educational status, complete price, and written terms before making any commitment.
Yes, our proposal includes a discovery campus day at MXN 1,300 and a five-day experience at MXN 5,500 per child. Cohorts are planned for ages 6–16. Availability, dates, and enrollment terms must be confirmed before booking.
No single starting level is assumed in this proposed approach. Activities are designed to make room for Maya, Spanish, and English practice, with support intended to meet children where they are. Maya-language staffing remains pending confirmation.
Screen-based activities are intended to be purposeful and supervised rather than the center of the day. The proposed 20-PC Starlink lab and any gaming access are not yet confirmed as operational.
This website presents a proposed worldschool learning hub. It does not establish accreditation, recognized studies, a diploma, or transferable credit. Ask admissions for the exact educational-status documents and any external curriculum arrangements before enrollment.
Limited scholarships are planned, but funding, eligibility, timing, and the number of awards have not been confirmed.
Proposed day-program tuition includes campus lunch and a snack on attendance days. Housing, whole-family catering, home cleaning, and home transport are separate unless you choose a confirmed hosted stay. A separate optional Maya-family homestay is planned at MXN 20,000 per guest for 28 nights, with proposed room, breakfast and dinner daily, and weekly laundry; it excludes tuition and transfers and depends on host consent, local availability, fair compensation, and safeguarding approval. The proposed MXN 129,000 family-of-four package is a different option: it includes 28 nights, two children's tuition, transfers, cleaning, and catering for all four family members on 20 program weekdays. Weekend food and any refundable lodging deposit are separate.
Any Minecraft, Roblox, or Fortnite use would be selected and supervised with age appropriateness in mind. Specific game access, safeguards, and supervision practices require confirmation before enrollment.
Cancellation, refund, and change terms have not yet been confirmed. Please rely only on the written terms provided for a specific, confirmed offering before making plans or payments.
Tell us a little about your family. Let’s explore a learning rhythm and a Yucatán stay that feel right for you.
