Core
A proposed two-hour academic core, with math/STEAM tracking and guided language practice.
A public guide for families exploring the proposed Universal One Worldschool Hub: a considered home base for learning, culture, movement, and family life near Mérida.

A public enrollment guide, not a booking form or payment page.
Hub services, facilities, schedules, and coaching are proposed unless confirmed in writing.
Universal One International Academy takes the environmental consciousness and green hands-on learning of Bali, fuses it with the archaeological and cultural depth of the Yucatán/Oaxaca, and upgrades it with a silicon-valley style tech stack, rigorous math/STEAM tracking, and elite athletic coaching.
It’s effectively a permanent, high-performance worldschooling hub designed for families who want deep cultural roots without sacrificing cutting-edge academic and technological fluency.
What this means today: the expanded worldschool hub, permanent-campus amenities, and elite-coaching vision are proposed and subject to confirmation. This is a Conkal, Yucatán proposal—not a Bali or Oaxaca campus—and travel to Bali or Oaxaca is not included.
The proposed K–12 rhythm starts with a focused two-hour core, then opens into STEAM, nature, culture, and sports. It is designed to protect attention while giving curiosity somewhere real to go.
English, Spanish, and LIOTA-supported language practice sit alongside rigorous math/STEAM tracking. Artificial intelligence (AI) plus human intelligence (HI) means adaptive tools are guided by teacher judgment, practice, and collaboration—not used in place of them.
A Yucatec Maya track with paid local educators is planned; staffing and delivery remain unconfirmed.
The Academy states a technology and reading setup with Starlink internet connectivity, 20 laptops, Kindle reading devices for digital reading, and a physical library for in-hand reading. It can support the proposed hub, but extended hub services and facilities require confirmation; no connection speed, capacity, or 20-workstation lab is guaranteed at a new site.

Garden, cooking, art, robotics, 3D design, and electronics intended to make learning tangible.
Markets, museums, archaeology, and assessed cenote experiences as place-based extensions, subject to planning and safety review.
Sports training and athletics, including soccer, basketball, flag football, and baseball; the Academy’s Skateboard Half Pint is its K–12 skateboarding program.
Gardening, cooking, art, robotics, 3D design, and electronics are proposed hands-on strands. Cooking class, Friday capoeira, and general sports training are intended regular pieces of the weekly rhythm. Sports programming and elite athletic coaching are stated ambitions, not confirmed coaching credentials. At a proposed hub, Skateboard Half Pint K–12 classes and any cenote activity require assessed sites, protective equipment, progressive instruction, safety planning, and appropriate supervision; no completed skatepark or verified venue is implied.
Every pathway begins with a conversation about your family’s timing and goals. These are proposed hub pathways—not an online reservation system.

For families considering a longer move, with a custom curriculum plan and academic-status review before booking.
Discuss year-plus planningFamily enrollment: a proposed one-time MXN 2,500 family enrollment applies to four-week-and-longer stays. A proposed 10% sibling discount applies to tuition.
Academic fit first: long-term plans require a custom curriculum plan and academic-status review. Placement, written quote, and academic status are required before booking.
Access: limited need-based scholarships are planned. Availability, criteria, and awards require confirmation.
A small, opt-in homestay pathway is being explored with Maya households that want to host. Hosts are paid for the agreed room and meals; no family is expected to stage cultural activities or provide unpaid teaching.
The proposed rate is MXN 20,000 per guest for 28 nights. Planning inclusions are a host-family room, breakfast and dinner daily, and weekly laundry. Tuition, airport transfers, home-to-hub transport, weekday lunch, and additional guests are separate or individually quoted.
How the proposed price was set: published Costa Rica host-family rates span about US$210–295.80 per week, with room, meals, and laundry inclusions varying. Examples: ILISA, Intercultura’s 2027 rates, CPI, and Tico Lingo. Using Banco de México’s 23 October 2026 FIX of MXN 18.667 per US dollar, that is roughly MXN 15,680–22,087 for four weeks. The proposed MXN 20,000 sits within that broad comparison; it is not a Yucatán market quote. Confirm host-family compensation and every inclusion locally before offering it.
SUPPLIED ACADEMY IMAGEThe proposed hosted family option begins from MXN 129,000 for a family of four (two adults and two children), 28 nights. It is intended to include tuition, initial enrollment, housing, airport transfer, 20 weekday family catering days, and four cleanings.
This is a planning estimate, not confirmed inventory. The intended concierge partner is Cylyspo Roots, whose name and agreement remain unconfirmed. Housing availability, amenities, and any pool must be verified in a written quote; a pool is not assumed or included unless explicitly confirmed.
This is not a legal or admissions checklist. It simply helps an initial conversation become thoughtful, accurate, and kind to your family’s needs.
The figures below are from Universal One International Academy’s public September 2026 cohort aggregate report. They describe active math learners and practice during that reporting period—not total current enrollment, individual achievement, or a promise of outcomes.
